Welcome to Ouachita Bar & Grill—where we're more than a food truck, and more than a sports bar. We like to say we specialize in the Six B's: burgers, bar-b-que, beer, bourbon, ballgames, and brunch—but what we're really about is people, community, and heart.Rob and Tiah Koller had a vision: to create a hometown sports bar for locals—one with cozy charm, great Southern comfort food, cold beer, handcrafted drinks, fantastic staff, indoor and outdoor spaces, live music, and weekend brunch that feels like home. A place where you can watch a game, play a game, listen to familiar tunes, learn a little Hot Springs history, and connect with friends—old and new.In the spring of 2023, Rob saw an opportunity and ran with it. With access to the backside of a building and an empty lot, he bought a food truck and spent the next nine months building a dream—period. During that time, we served straight from the truck. No restrooms. No covered outdoor seating. No frills. Just a food truck, a lot of long days, and a whole lot of faith.By October of 2023, we were able to begin building out what is now our 60×40 Indoor Dining Area and Bar. It's cute, it's cozy, and it exists thanks to the generosity of our property owner and the hard work and support of "brother-in-law" Shawn Dunn. Together, we turned a vision into walls, lights, laughter, and life.We made it through that first year by the grace of God—and by the incredible support of our community—knowing there was still more we dreamed of building. When the time was right, we were blessed to gain two amazing partners, Bree and Chelsea Calley, who helped us take the next steps toward bringing the rest of that vision to life.Today, Ouachita Bar & Grill (OBG) is a place where locals gather, tourists feel welcome, and everyone leaves full—of good food, good memories, and a sense of belonging. What started as just a food truck and a dream has grown into a humble little hometown sports bar we're proud to share with you.Thanks for being part of our story. We're glad you're here!
